Welcome!
With the United Nations in the midst of an ambitious reform agenda, there has never been a more urgent need for organisations across the UN System to embrace a structured, strategic and inclusive approach to change management.  By adopting a best practice approach, organisations can significantly increase their chances of delivering successful and sustainable outcomes.

This microsite presents key findings from the 2025 survey into the State of Change Management in the UN, drawing on these to describe what best practice in change management really means, and the steps that can be taken towards it.
